Miss Esha began her teaching career in 2016 after completing her undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology. She obtained a PGCE in Early Years and has since worked across a variety of Early Years settings, including Montessori environments and more formal play-based preschools, giving her a broad understanding of different pedagogical approaches and child-centred practice.

After several years in the classroom, Esha pursued one of her passions by specialising in Special Educational Needs where she worked for a local authority. Her experience supporting children with diverse developmental needs has strengthened her belief in inclusive, responsive teaching that supports every child’s potential.

Nurturing the holistic child is at the heart of her approach – she places great importance on co-production and building a harmonious partnership between home and school, ensuring children experience consistency, stability, and a sense of safety that supports their learning.
