Ms. Elise Clark holds a Bachelor of Education Degree with First-Class Honours in Primary Education, specialising in Early Childhood Studies, with Qualified Teacher Status from the University of Plymouth.

She has experience teaching in the Primary and Early Years sector, both in the UK and Internationally. During her time teaching internationally, she gained experience teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework to children with English as an additional language, and the New Zealand Curriculum to children in a multicultural setting. Supporting multilingual speakers in schools is an area she feels passionate about, and she uses many different techniques to engage and motivate her students to make progress in each area of learning and development.

Ms. Elise has worked at Kensington for 2 years as a Toddler Teacher, working with children aged between 2 and 3 years old. Whilst in this role, she was responsible for assisting all children to develop a love of learning and an excitement about coming to school each day. She was also responsible for planning rich and stimulating learning activities that enabled every child in her class to achieve good progress. Whilst working as a Toddler Teacher, Ms. Elise focused heavily on developing her students’ prime areas of learning and development, laying the foundations for success in all areas of learning and of life.
