Miss Gemma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education with a specialism in Early Years and brings over 12 years of teaching experience across a range of educational settings. Her career has included time in a variety of mainstream primary schools, including an Inclusion Mark accredited school, giving her a strong foundation in supporting children with special educational needs. Gemma’s passion for Early Years education is at the core of her practice, driven by a firm belief that the earliest years of a child’s learning journey are the most crucial.

Currently teaching in Year 1, Gemma has spent the past two years leading her team in successfully incorporating Early Years continuous provision into the curriculum, championing a play-based, child-led approach that bridges the transition between EYFS and Key Stage 1. Having previously worked at Kensington International School between 2020-2022, she is thrilled to be returning and is looking forward to rejoining the Kensington community.
