Ms. Kowthar holds a bachelor degree with honours in Criminology and Psychology at Kingston University and continued pursuing a teaching journey where she acquired a postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) in Primary Education at University of Greenwich.
With seven years of UK and international teaching experience, she is fully trained in the British curriculum and adept at adapting lessons to support pupils of all abilities. She is passionate about delivering engaging and challenging learning experiences that foster curiosity and confidence in her pupils.
Ms. Kowthar has extensive experience in planning and teaching lessons that meet the diverse needs of all learners. She provides the right balance of support and challenge to help every student thrive and reach their full potential. She creates a dynamic, interactive learning environment and strongly advocates for hands-on, project-based learning, which makes lessons engaging and helps students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. She sets high expectations, provides differentiated activities and extension tasks and promotes a growth mindset by encouraging students to embrace challenges and build resilience.
