One very special group of children are our Year 1 graduates who had their Graduation ceremony yesterday with family in attendance. Alex joined us via Zoom from his new school in China and Ms Mel joined from the UK. Some of these students and their families have been with us since Toddlers and all of them remembered their teachers fondly.
We are delighted to see them Graduate from Kensington and move on to the next chapter in their lives. As part of my speech to parents, I said, “At Kensington, our vision is to educate every child to be “the best that they can be” and that together, with parents, we endeavour to prepare today’s children for tomorrow’s world”. Yesterday I saw a class of positive, well rounded children with the skills and knowledge to make their own choices and the perseverance and creativity to succeed in whatever they set out to do.
To them and to all our leavers, I say well done, embrace the world and always remember to believe in yourself and do your best. Remember, “Once Kensington….always Kensington”
